- When can I expect my plants?
Please note that our shipping schedule is from Monday to Thursday. The delivery time for your order is dependent on the number of orders before you in the shipping queue. If you place your order after 12am on Monday, it may not be shipped until the following week.
We strive to process and ship out all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, but please be aware that there may be some delays due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

- Will I get a notification when my order ships?
We have an automated system in place that sends an email with shipping and tracking information as soon as we have shipped your plants. To ensure that you receive this information, please make sure that your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.
Please note that once you receive the tracking number, it is your responsibility to keep track of the delivery and ensure that you are available to receive the plants at the time of delivery. We highly recommend regularly checking the tracking number to stay updated on the delivery status of your order.

- What is the message responding time?
We value your inquiry and strive to provide prompt and efficient customer service. Our team makes every effort to respond to your message within 24 to 48 business hours, but please note that our customer service is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you contact us after 5pm PST on a Friday, please expect to receive a response on the following Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

- Will I get refund or replacement if the plants arrived damaged during transit?
At our greenhouse, we take great pride in the plants we grow and personally tend to each one with care. When it comes to shipping live plants, we do our best to pack them as carefully as possible to minimize any potential damages during transit.
However, it's important to understand that there are many factors that can affect the plants during the shipping process, such as weather conditions, carrier handling, transit time, and delays. We highly recommend that you do your own research and check the weather before making a purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for any damages, leaf loss, burned plants, delays, lost packages, or broken leaves caused by shipping carriers.
Please keep in mind that the plants will be in a dark box for approximately 2-7 days during transit, and it's normal for 1-2 leaves to fall off as they acclimate to their new environment. But rest assured, they will recover and grow new leaves in no time.
Some plants and node can get rot easily during transit. We won't be responsible for the root rot once the plants leave our faculty. Pictures of the plants/ nodes can be provided upon request.

We want to inform you that all sales are final, which means we do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges for any reason. We would like to emphasize that we are not liable for damages caused by cold/heat/weather, rot or by the shipping carrier. In case there are issues with your order upon arrival, we advise that you open a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note that we are not able to file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. You should file the claim and have the shipping carrier contact us if they require any information. We do not initiate any calls to the shipping carriers.
We would also like to remind you that we have no control over plant variegation. This means that we cannot guarantee the future variegation of nodes or cuttings. Therefore, please take into account the risk of reverting when purchasing nodes and cuttings. We do not accept refunds, returns or replacements if the plants revert.
