We're shipping plants from Southern California. In the Winter months, please check your current weather before placing your order. Add heat packs to your order if needed. We will not be responsible for the damages during shipment.
We reserve the right to hold any orders due to unfavorable weather conditions. We will notify you of the hold, and request your guidance as to when it's best to send it to your local area.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders.
We highly advise selecting express shipping and heat pack if temperatures in your area are consistently below 50 degrees.

- When can I expect my plants?
We ship out on Monday To Thursday. Shipping time depends on the number of orders before you in the shipping queue. Orders placed after 12am on Monday might be shipped out on the following week.
- Will I get a notification when my order ships?
Yes. Our system automatically sends an email with shipping and tracking information as soon as we have shipped your plants. Please ensure your email is entered correctly. You are responsible for checking the tracking numbers and getting the plants at the time of the delivery.
- What is the message responding time?
We try our best to respond to your message as soon as we can from 24 to 48 business hours. Our customer service is off on Saturday and Sunday. Please expect to have our response on the next Monday if you contact us after 5pm PST on the previous Friday.
- Will I get refund or replacement if the plants arrived damaged during transit?
🌱 We love and have personally grown all of our plants. We will pack them as carefully as possible to minimize damages during transit. However, please understand the risks of shipping live plants. No refund or replacement will be issued once the plants are leaving our greenhouse
🌱There are so many factors that play a role during the transit process that can affect the plants such as the weather, how the carrier handles the packages, and how long the plants are in transit, delays, etc. Please do your own researched and check the weather before you make the purchase. We DO NOT be held responsible for, but not limited to, any damages, leaf loss, burned plants, delays, lost packages, broken leaves at the hands of shipping carriers. The plants will be in a dark box for approximately 2-7 days so please expect to have 1-2 leaves falling off as the plants acclimate to their new homes. But they will get back up and grow more new leaves in no time.
🌱 If the plants are shipped in pots, please DO NOT repot them for at least 10 days. This is important! They have been through a long shipping. Please don’t put more stress on them by repotting immediately.

🌱 All sales are final. No refunds, replacement or exchanges. We are not responsible for cold/heat/weather damage, and damages caused by shipping carrier. If there are any issues in your order when it arrives, please please open the claim with the shipping carrier.
🌱 We unfortunately won't be able to file the claim with the shipping carriers. Please file the claim and have the shipping carrier contact us if they need any information. We do not call the shipping carriers.
🌱 We have no control over the plant variegation. Therefore, we do not guarantee the future variegation of nodes or cuttings. Please consider the risk of reverting when purchasing nodes and cuttings. No refunds, returns or replacement accepted if the plants revert.
