We would like to emphasize that we are not liable for damages caused by cold/heat/weather, rot or by the shipping carrier. In case there are issues with your order upon arrival, we advise that you open a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please note that we are not able to file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. You should file the claim and have the shipping carrier contact us if they require any information. We do not initiate any calls to the shipping carriers.

We would also like to remind you that we have no control over plant variegation. This means that we cannot guarantee the future variegation of nodes or cuttings. Therefore, please take into account the risk of reverting when purchasing nodes and cuttings. We do not accept refunds, returns or replacements if the plants revert.
